2. Exchange Policy — No Returns
At Al Latif Hardware, we offer an exchange policy under the following conditions:
- Products may be exchanged within 7 days of the purchase or delivery date.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all exchanges.
- Please Note: We do not accept returns or issue refunds. Once a product has been purchased, it cannot be returned for a cash or card refund under any circumstances, except in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on order weight, size, and delivery location.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
- Al Latif Hardware is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
- Exchange Shipping Cost: All shipping and handling costs for exchanging a product shall be borne entirely by the customer. Al Latif Hardware will not cover any shipping fees related to exchanges.
4. Product Information & Pricing
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or adjust an order before dispatch.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes and may slightly differ from the actual item.
5. Order Placement & Cancellation
By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Order cancellations are only accepted if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
6. Payments
All payments must be completed in full before an order is processed and dispatched. We use secure payment gateways to protect your financial information and do not store any card details on our servers.
7. Warranty & Defective Products
In the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item with photographic evidence. Defects caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear are not covered.

Al Latif Hardware shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.
